General Notes
We are a bright folksy colourful all female Border Morris side who aim to dance well but have fun whilst doing it. We work collaboratively to write our own dances and enjoy socialising with our families throughout the year going on walks and attending seasonal celebrations.

We follow the Pagan Wheel of the Year and change our headdresses according to the season. In the Dark Half of the year we become Winterfyr Morris and our tatters change to blues, blacks and purples.

Archive Notes
Started life as 'Spirit of Summer' Morris, formed by a collaboration between Mandy (our Squire) and The Old Stores Studio in Evercreech, Somerset to perform at their 'Jack in the Green' Event. Then just carried on, got a lot of new members and musicians and changed our name to suit our vibe - we are now fully fledged members of the wider Morris World!
